You can verify that recently sent reserves/orders have been recorded by your company and will be able to reprint acknowledgments or invoices. Reasons for non-shipment (cutting not approved, payment not received, etc.) or cancellation (cutting rejected, delivery, proforma not paid, etc) are displayed. If there is a question or comment or needs to change a reserve or order they can, with a few mouse clicks, paste the order into an e-mail note, input their own notes and send it to your e-mail address which is conveniently displayed on the ORDER-TRACK.com screen.

If your company is running on PDF operating software and you subscribe to this new service we will provide, at no charge, the programs and instructions required to extract and submit the necessary data. For all other companies who wish to subscribe to ORDER-TRACK.com PDF will provide file specifications and assist your technical staff in setting up data transmittal.
For those companies that participate in Designer TIE the standard subscription fee of $200/month (with no activity charges) will be waived when the number of Design Professional registered with the service exceeds 5,000.
